Happy New Year!! I hope you all enjoyed the holidays and if it was a rough one, may the new year bring healing and peace to you. Right now is often a time for reflection on the experiences and lessons learned from 2023 and also a time for dreaming and setting intentions for 2024. We spend a bit of time in the past and also in the future. Once we have completed these activities, I’d like to propose a way of being present that can be transformational.
